To effectively standardize the Company’s operations and management and to improve its seal management system, the Company has, in strict accordance with applicable laws, had new seals—namely, a contract-specific seal and a shipment-specific seal—reproduced. These two seals shall be officially put into use as of March 25, 2026, at which time the old seals shall be simultaneously invalidated and withdrawn from use. All units and departments are hereby required to meticulously verify the seal information when handling any matters requiring the affixing of seals. Otherwise, all legal consequences arising from the inadvertent use of the invalidated seals shall be borne solely by the user.
